You've wandered away from the
battleground after your army was eradicated overnight, you stumble
into a small office building to find a dimly lit main room, and a
hallway that looked promising for supplies. You turn right into the
first room and find a long dead and frozen corpse. At the body's feet
was a journal, each page seems to be simple scraps of paper collected
and written on. A few pages from the middle were caught in the wind
when you picked it up –

Faerun animals
Faerun is wide with living creatures,
oft' more than known by teachers.
Rumbling through deep forest night,
many give cause to run in flight.
Though danger there subsides by day,
take heed or the unwary would pay.
Mundane things rule near places human,
dislike have they for danger loomin'.
Dogs, deer, bear, boar, lizards, and like,
such finds themselves at tip of spike.
Still danger there yet lurks at night,
ankhegs, wolves, and undead to fight.
Further still to cultured fens of elves,
fond of nature they keep to themselves.
Lived along as tenders in forests old,
balance of things calls forth hears of cold.

Under The Burning Sky - The World
The world of the story is a large island-continent. The island-continent is roughly rectangular and longer north to south than east to west. The continent itself has no particular name; and why should it? Any other large landmasses are unknown to its population, so there is no need to differentiate.
At the southern end of the world, there is the vast desert of Lydia. The desert is diagonally bisected by the River Than which flows from out of The Skarnhorst in the northeast down to a sprawling delta in the southwest corner of Lydia. It is at the mouth of this delta that, Kattras the de-facto capitol of Lydia sits. The hostile interior desert

Singularity
New Gods, New Angels, & Demons
The Emergence of Machine Superintelligance & Superaugmentation of Human Consciousness
In one of the first uses of the term "singularity" in the context of technological progress, Stanislaw Ulam (1958)1 tells of a conversation with John von Neumann about accelerating change:
One conversation centered on the ever accelerating progress of technology and changes in the mode of human life, which gives the appearance of approaching some essential singularity in the history of the race beyond which human affairs, as we know them, could not continue.
The term "technological singularity" was originally coin

Hailing from the star-system Geizek. The Oxccy come from the planet Craiwudol.
THE PLANET
Craiwudol (Oxccy for “Wandering Cradle”). Is in orbit around a green star called Geizek (a combination of the word “Zekenna” meaning new and “Gei” meaning home). However, as the name implies Geizek is not the native home system of neither them or their world.
According to ancient Oxccy texts, they were originally from a brown dwarf star called Celtalcon meaning “center of all.” With Craiwudol being one of seven planets in orbit around the star, and with one of them being their native homeworld called Desm
A species of aliens with plasma brains. The Quitp come from the moon K’tan orbiting the gas giant karould in the Vasalh system.
THE PLANET
Karould is a Jupiter size gas giant that is composed of 85%H2 and 15%HE, that orbits the binary star system Vasalh (meaning “twin bolt”). Which are an orange star, and a red dwarf.
It is believed that Vasalh was once a white giant, however, due to high electrical stress it ejected some of its material mass, with some of it becoming the red dwarf with the rest being either small rocky bodies or the gas giant Karould. Combined with a small reduction in the supply of current over the centu

Denic Stick Fighting
Kaðyauð/Kaðyauðun [kɑːð-jaʊ-ðən]
"Battle-of-sticks" Denic stick fighting.
A 1-1 duel using straight narrow sticks. Players score by landing blows on their opponent, different parts of the body have different poin values: 1 for legs, thighs, hands, and forearms, 2 for the upperarm and back, 3 for torso, shoulder, and gut. Striking the head or neck is discouraged and rewards no points in regulated matches, though casual matches may differ. Disarming an opponent results in automatic victory. Contestants may fight with or without a buckler in the off-hand for defense and deflection

THE PLANET
Anzif (a combination of the Ctho words anll meaning “ray” and ziful meaning “riches”) is an Earth-sized world with earth level gravity orbiting the blue giant star Frlo (meaning “maker”). With the atmosphere being 50% H2, 40% O2, and 10% HE.
The planet is about 68% barren rocky areas, with large heavily concentrated mountain regions, with the rest being oceans. One of these areas is “Cuiesset”, meaning “Challenge of the navigator.” Ori
