The Eidolon's Aria - A Brief HistoryBefore time and space and origin, there was a void that was neither light nor dark, empty nor full, without form and thought and mindfulness. Something stirred in this void and in this void a mind is born, sparkling into new life. This mind is A'ln, the Transcendent. Space and time folded unto itself, and thus A'ln became aware. The beginning of the first existence was him. He was all encompassing and nothing at once, and his thoughts expanded and became cohesive things. Being Everything and Nothing, A'ln became more aware of his impending loneliness and he yearned for companionship.
A'ln poured all of his yearning and loneliness into one thing, another being that he could occupy himself with, a son. This son named himself Gelafein. Yet Gelafein was a void, vast and empty and full of hunger. He did nothing to cure A'ln of his loneliness, so A'ln bore a sapling which grew into a daughter, Icheirjy. Introduction

One of the old residences of Meridian’s royal family prior to their ascension to the throne, the Lacustrine Palace of House Blackheart was one of the most magnificent residences in the Imperial Capital City of Gestalt. Although not as huge or as old as that of the other palatial compounds of the noble houses of Anspach, it is definitely one of the most opulent—a wondrous blending of cultures that would help set the trend for all patrician residences and the architecture of the Meridian Empire for years to come.

Early History

The Castro ton Thalasson was built approximately three-hundred years ago, in the year 275 upon a small plateau about a mile out to sea from the rocky coastline of the port city of Isha in the kingdom of Raskelan.
